We provide information about artist Grant Kwiecinski (“GRiZ”), his music, merchandise, and tour dates and we connect fans with each other on the GRiZ website located at http://www.mynameisgriz.com and any successor or additional related Internet location and all services, software, specifications, and other content, information, and materials made available by or for GRiZ in connection with such use
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure information we obtain through at http://www.mynameisgriz.com “Service.” The terms “Company,” “we,” and “us” include GRiZ LLC and our affiliates and subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms used and not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
The “Service” means any website social media page, or Internet service under the control of GRiZ LLC, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing an online platform for Company’s services.
“Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number.
The SERVICE Collects Your Information
Using the Service. We collect information you provide through the Service. For example, when you sign up to receive a newsletter, the Service will collect the information you provide in such submissions.
Making Payments. When you make payments through the Service, you will need to provide financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our third-party service providers. We do not collect or store such information, though we will receive information about completed transactions that does not include credit card or bank account numbers.
Liberators Programs. When you sign up to participate in the Liberators program, the Service will collect information you provide in such submissions and will share your information with other participants in the programs. For example, we will collect your name, mailing address, and telephone number and we may also collect photographs that you share with us. We are not responsible for any information, communications, behavior, or interactions that participants of the Liberator program may distribute or perform even if their actions are in connection with GRiZ. For example, we are not responsible for any harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or obscene language that you may receive from another participant.
GPals Program. When you sign up to participate in the GPals program, the Service will collect the information you provide in such submissions. For example, we will receive your name, mailing address, and email address. By participating, you agree that we may match you with other GPals participants and share you name, mailing address, and email address with them. We are not responsible for any information, communications, behavior, harassment, or interactions that participants of the GPals program may distribute or perform even if their actions are in connection with GRiZ or the Service. For example, we are not responsible for any harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or obscene language that you may receive from another participant. We are not responsible for any User Interactions.
Communicate with Us. We collect information about you through your communications with our customer-support team or through other communications with us, including through social media.
Automatic Data Collection: Cookies and Related Technologies. When you use our Service or open our emails, we and our third-party partners, such as advertising networks, social media widgets, content feeds (e.g. Seated), and analytics providers, collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. By using the Service, you consent to the placement of cookies, beacons, and other similar technology in your browser and on emails in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The information collected in this manner includes IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Service. We may use this information, for example, to determine how many users have visited certain pages or opened messages or newsletters, or to prevent fraud. We may link this data to your profile. The Service does not respond to browser do-not-track signals.

We may send emails to the email address you provide to us and text messages to any cellphone number you provided to us, to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service, system maintenance, and other Service-related purposes.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Service is directed to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
